Always Helping U Grow's goal is to engage individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live life to the fullest! There is a fine line of distinction between being an advocate for someone versus empowering them by providing the necessary information and resources, allowing them to advocate for themselves.
It is Always Helping U Grow's focus to assist this population of individuals to operate on a person-centered and strengths-based approach AHUG Supports Coordinators work with individuals and their families to build a working rapport to capture their true personalities, find out their unique differences, individual strengths, and create a plan of services that will best suit their individualized needs.

Always Helping U Grow is a “released agency” which means we have received authorization from the Division of Developmental Disabled of NJ to have our SC Supervisors approve their own service plans. This signifies that these agencies do not have to submit service plans to the Division for review and approval because they have met a minimum standard for delivering quality service plans. All SC Agencies, including released agencies, are subject to routine and, when warranted, targeted audits for quality assurance purposes. We update the SC Agency List as additional agencies receive released status, so please ensure you have the most up-todate list when choosing an agency
